Raisina Dialogue 2025 — March 17-19

The Raisina Dialogue, India’s leading geopolitical and geoeconomic conference, is an annual conference. It is hosted by the Observer Research Foundation (ORF) in partnership with the Ministry of External Affairs (MEA) of the Government of India. This year, Firstpost has partnered with the ORF to conduct the Dialogue that addresses the most challenging issues facing the world today.

The Dialogue is conducted through various sessions each of which is structured to present a holistic picture of top burning issues in a multi-stakeholder and cross-sectoral discussion. These sessions feature heads of state, top ministers and senior government officials. They are joined in discussions by thought leaders from the private sector, media and academia.

An annual conference, the Dialogue sees leaders from the walks of politics, business, media, and civil society from around the world to converge in New Delhi to discuss the state of the world and explore opportunities for cooperation on a wide range of contemporary matters.

This year’s Dialogue focuses on six broad themes covering major political developments, challenges of the changing climate, artificial intelligence-driven technological disruptions, militant mercantilism that has triggered a global trade war, the need to refocus on the development of the Global South, and ways to deal with threats to global security for a lasting peace.

The Raisina Dialogue 2025 is being held over three days between March 17 and 19. This effort is backed by a number of institutions, organisations and individuals.
