The Poco F6 5G is by far the most powerful phone in this list and probably in this segment. It is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 SoC, which is generally found in phones priced Rs 10,000 higher. It has some serious processing power and is great for gaming too. You get 8GB RAM and faster 256GB UFS 4.0 internal storage to go with it. A 5000 mAh battery keeps it running for over a day and a half of moderate use, and the bundled 90W fast charger promises to juice it up fully in less than 40 minutes.

The Poco F6 5G has a vibrant 6.67-inch AMOLED screen with a higher than Full HD resolution, support for 12-bit colour, 120 Hz refresh rate, 2400 nits peak brightness and HDR10+ and Dolby Vision compliance. The display is protected against scratches by a layer of Corning Gorilla Glass Victus. Photography is handled by a 50MP primary camera with OIS and an 8MP ultra-wide shooter. The OnePlus Nord CE4 is another excellent choice in this budget. It is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 SoC, which is a good choice for this segment. You can now get its 8GB RAM and 256GB UFS 3.1 internal storage variant in this budget. The phone runs Android 14 with OxygenOS 14, and more OS and security updates can be expected over the next few years.

The Nord CE4 has a 10-bit 6.7-inch Full HD+ Fluid AMOLED display with 120 Hz refresh rate and HDR10+ compliance. The camera department consists of a 50MP primary camera with OIS and a Sony LYT600 sensor, along with an 8MP ultra-wide shooter and a 16MP selfie camera. The OnePlus Nord CE4 has a large 5500 mAh battery that lasts close to two days of moderate use, and the bundled 100W SuperVOOC charger can recharge it fully in a little over 30 minutes.

Nothing Phone (2a) Plus

The Nothing Phone (2a) Plus is a slightly more powerful variant of the Nothing Phone (2a) with a few minor enhancements. It sports the company’s trademark design with a transparent back and LEDs. The Glyph lights at the back provide a handful of functionality and customisation. The processing power has been bumped up a bit using a Mediatek Dimensity 7350 Pro chip accompanied by 8GB RAM and 256GB internal storage.  

The Nothing Phone (2a) Plus has a 6.7-inch Full HD+ 10-bit AMOLED display with a peak brightness of 1300 nits, HDR10+ compliance and 120 Hz refresh rate. Photography department here consists of a 50MP primary camera with OIS and a 50MP ultra-wide shooter. And if two 50 MP cameras weren’t enough, you get a third one at the front that will appeal to the selfie enthusiasts.
