India vs New Zealand, 1st Test in Bengaluru, Day 2 Highlights: With the opening day of the first Test between India and New Zealand in Bengaluru getting washed out without even the toss taking place, both teams will be hopeful of getting some cricketing action on Thursday, the second day of the match.
The weather forecast for Bengaluru on Thursday, however, also predicts showers for the ‘Garden City’ with a 40 per cent chance of rain and a 24 per cent chance of thunderstorms. So while it was clear in the morning as players arrived at the M Chinnaswamy Stadium, rain could hold up play later in the day.
